Hiya Helen,
Thank you so much for stopping by planDisney with your restaurant question. Space 220 truly is an out-of-this-world experience. The first time my family dined there, my oldest daughter went back to school and told her classmates she had lunch in outer space. I mean, technically, she wasn’t wrong. That elevator launch alone feels like you’re boarding a shuttle to a galaxy far, far away. It was such a core memory moment for us.
Now let’s rocket right into your question. If you’re seated in the
Space 220 Lounge, you have the flexibility to order from the à la carte Lounge menu and/or choose the full prix fixe menu from the main restaurant. That’s one of the great perks of landing a lounge reservation.
If you decide to go with the prix fixe meal, just know you will be charged the full experience. This includes appetizer, entrée, and dessert. The main restaurant menu isn’t available à la carte, so you can’t pick just one item from that side. The nice part about sitting in the lounge, though, is that you still have that relaxed flexibility. You can order individual items from the Lounge menu and still go all in on the prix fixe meal as well. It’s kind of the best of both worlds
That flexibility really gives you the best of both worlds while you’re dining 220 miles above
EPCOT.
While you’re orbiting above EPCOT, I highly recommend trying the
Starry Calamari and the Gamma Burst drink. They’re two of my personal favorites!
Helen, I hope this helps answer your question and prepares you for a stellar dining adventure. If you have any more questions, feel free to stop by again.
See ya real soon,
Christina
