What spa is more kid friendly? Bringing my daughter for 16th birthday want to do pedicure and maybe hair for her. (she is severe cerebral palsy,& understands.some days she is 6 and somedays 15..you just have to be fast & friendly.Or should i not at

    Hi Julie,

I think a spa treatment sounds like a great idea!  My little girl is 5 and loves getting pedicures.  The Spa at Saratoga Springs has treatments for younger children (ages 4-12).  I know your daughter is 16, but since they are child-friendly, I would think both you and your daughter would have an enjoyable experience.  You can make reservations by calling (407)827-4455.  When you call, explain your situation and ask what treatment they would recommend.  They might recommend one of their "my first spa" experiences which are 25 minutes in length.

Another thing you might want to try is Harmony Barber Shop on Main Street USA in Magic Kingdom. It's open to walk-ins daily from 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.  They can cut hair and add a little extra "pixie-dust".  It's very popular, so arrive early.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
