I am going to the Spa at the Grand Floridian with friends. We are not staying on Disney property (our friend lives in the area) but will be there around lunchtime. We have access to the Spa all day long ... Do we have to leave for lunch?

Hi Michele! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

A day at Senses - A Disney Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa sounds absolutely lovely! I haven’t spent a day at Senses myself, but I do make sure to stop by Basin White for a quick salt scrub on my hands every time I am at that Disney Resort hotel. It smells heavenly!

I have good news for you, Michele! You don’t have to be a Guest of Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to dine there for lunch. Grand Floridian Cafe is a Table-Service restaurant and is a good spot to grab a bite, but I also love to build my own salad at the Quick-Service location, Gasparilla Island Grill, when I am there. The ingredients are always very fresh, and they have some great salad dressing choices!

I hope this helps plan your lunch, Michele! Enjoy your relaxing day at Senses Spa and please let us know if you have any other questions.
