I believe what you're referring to is the Rainforest Room, and yes, the Fantasy has one. In my experience it's always fairly quiet since most everyone is there to relax. There have been times when I've been the only one using it, and it was pure bliss. You can purchase a pass to the Rainforest Room for the duration of your cruise in advance. Once your window opens for booking activities, you can book this as a spa service either online or using your
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App. If you aren't able to pre-book, visit the spa on the first day when you board the ship and inquire about availability.
The Rainforest Room contains three separate showers. They vary in experience like temperature, lighting, sound effects and aromas, so I encourage you to try all three. There are also several different saunas, also with different features. You'll find a room with heated tile loungers as well facing the sea. I could nap there all day! Hot tubs with sea views are also available. It's a very pampering experience. Please keep in mind that all areas are shared by Rainforest Room Guests, and swimwear is required at all times.
If you're looking for showers to bathe, there are some complementary in the ladies locker room adjacent to the fitness center, also located at the spa. These can be quite busy, and aren't especially quiet. They are more functional than relaxing.
