Can you use a spa at a Disney hotel that is not the hotel you are staying at Walt Disney World?

    Hi Eboney,

Welcome back to planDisney!  I love your attention to detail and how you are researching all your options for your upcoming vacation.  As the official vacation planner for my own family's vacations I can identify with your question and would be honored to help you with your inquiry.

The answer to your question depends upon if you are meaning "spa" in the sense of a hot-tub or if you are asking about a facility which offers health and therapeutic services such as massage.  In the case of "hot-tub" amenities, Guests are only able to utilize the pool and other Resort amenities at the Resort hotel with which they are residing. Currently, Disney Resort hotels in the Moderate Disney Resort Hotel Category and above all have hot-tubs as amenities.

If you are wondering if you are able to make a reservation at another Disney Resort hotel for a spa experience, the answer is yes!  There are three really great spas on Disney Resort property which might interest you.  Senses Spa at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort hotel has both spa and salon services available and is located within the luxurious backdrop of Disney's flagship Resort.  Another option for you is Senses Spa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort, which is another full service spa inspired by the health and wellness retreats of upstate New York in the 19th century.  Finally, Mandara Spa at Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel offers full-service spa and salon services, and in the past has offered childcare services at Camp Dolphin for up to two hours when scheduling certain services.

I hope this information helps you with your vacation planning Eboney. Please come back and visit us here at planDisney with all of your future vacation planning questions ~ we are always happy to help you plan your Magical adventure!
