    Is soy milk available at table service and quick service restaurants? Can I buy it at the store of the AKL resort? Thank you.

    Hi, Jana! I've learned a lot about alternative dairy sources since my wife found out she was lactose intolerant last year. And, I've found Disney World to be one of the most accommodating places for dairy-free options.

    Soy milk is available throughout property. If you don't see it on the menus or shelves at Animal Kingdom Lodge, ask for it. It's there. You'll also have success finding it intermittently throughout the parks. I know of several places that usually have it: Main Street Bakery, Friar's Nook and Lunching Pad at Magic Kingdom, Sunshine Seasons at Epcot, ABC Commissary at Hollywood Studios, and Pizzafari at Animal Kingdom.

    If you note a dairy allergy on your advance dining reservations, the restaurant will be better prepared to have soy milk for you.
