    Hi, I got a southern CA 3 day pass in February 2020 but COVID hit and I was unable to use the pass that I paid for. Can I use this pass now or get a refund?

    I’m so bummed you weren’t able to use your 3-Day Southern California Resident Ticket back in 2020, that was a tough year indeed! But, I’m thrilled to hEAR that you’re looking into re-scheduling your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth

    Previously purchased Southern California Resident Tickets were issued an extended expiration date, but that date has since passed. However, all hope it not lost! Any wholly unused, expired Disneyland Resort theme park tickets (excluding special event tickets) can be applied toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket of equal or greater value to the cost of your original ticket purchase. This can be done at the Disneyland Resort Main Entrance Ticket Booths. I also recommend calling a Ticketing Cast Member at (714) 781-4636 to see if they may be able to help. There’s also a handy “Chat with Us” feature on the Disneyland app that I love to use for any questions like this. 

    There are so many exciting things happening at the Disneyland Resort this year! To help you plan your upcoming visit, check out this Disney Parks Blog post with details on all the exciting announcements.
