Hi - I am on the Southampton to La Coruna Disney Dream Cruise on Aug 17th - what can I book?

Hi there, Michael! Welcome to planDisney!

Your Disney cruise to Spain is fast approaching, and I’m so excited for you! I bet you’re in the midst of thinking about all those fun cruise plans right now. I would be happy to share which activities you should reserve ahead of time and when you can start making those reservations, so that Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boo—a Disney cruise filled with plenty of fun will be awaiting you!

Guests may begin reserving their cruise activities once their booking window opens. Your booking window is based on your Castaway Club status. If you're a first-time cruiser, you may begin reserving activities 75 days before sailing, and then you'll be inducted into that magical Castaway Club once that first sailing is complete! Concierge Guests may reserve activities 130 days before sailing with their Concierge Team. If you’re a Concierge Guest or Silver Castaway Club member or higher, you may already begin reserving your cruise activities.

Once my booking window opens, I like to prioritize the activities that my family is most excited about. This is because, due to the popularity of some activities, some of them may fill up much more quickly than others.

The activities that I recommend reserving as soon as your booking window opens are Port Adventures, adult dining experiences at Palo or Remy, Bibbidi-Bobbidi-Boutique reservations if they apply, and “it’s a small world!” nursery visits if they apply. There is also a beautiful Royal Gathering with some of the Disney Princesses that takes place on board, and this may be reserved 30 days before sailing, regardless of your Castaway Club status.

You may reserve activities either on the Disney Cruise Line Navigator App or on the Disney Cruise Line website. In either spot, open up your reservation and click “My Plans”. Clicking on any of your cruise days will show you the different activities you can reserve for that day. Please note that different activities take place on different days, and that offerings are always subject to change.

If you also need a hotel stay and Ground Transportation before and/or after your cruise, I also suggest booking these by contacting Disney Cruise Line, and a Cast Member will be happy to assist you.

My final suggestion is to check out the "Know Before You Go" page, as it offers plenty of helpful tips for continued easy planning!

Michael, I hope I was able to offer guidance for booking those fun activities. I wish you the most magical memories on board! Please sail back to planDisney if you have any other questions.
