Are sound effect parts available for Savi lightsabers ?

    Bright suns, Mike!

Thank you for stopping by planDisney with your great question about lightsabers built at Savi's Workshop at the Black Spire Outpost in Star Wars:  Galaxy's Edge

I have 3 Rebel Alliance members in my family who have assembled "scrap metal" with the Gatherers.  Although a Jedi never deals in absolutes, my family assured me that the lightsabers assembled at Savi's workshop already come with their own sound effects.  The sound effects which are in the current custom Savi's Workshop lightsabers are:

    • Activation and deactivation sounds
    • "Broken" sound when the blade is detached from the hilt
    • Kyber crystal humming sound (each kyber crystal has its own sound)
    • Clash sound when the blade is struck moderately hard at the top or by swinging it fast and then suddenly stopping as if you just clashed with another lightsaber
Once you have built your custom lightsaber, you can go to Dok-Ondor's Den of Antiquities and purchase additional kyber crystals if you like.  Whenever my family visits, we like to stop by and purchase a red kyber crystal or two.  We have hope that one day we will find that special black kyber crystal hidden inside!

    Til the Spire,
