Christmas Day is extremely busy at Walt Disney World. There's a good chance some of the theme parks, especially the Magic Kingdom, will close due to capacity. If you think you want to be in a theme park that day, then I suggest figuring out which one and then planning on dining there. The Magic Kingdom will be packed, so I suggest considering Epcot or Disney's Hollywood Studios. Epcot does the best job in handling large crowds in my opinion, because of the amount of land in that theme park. Another option is to to enjoy a theme park during the day and then leave in the afternoon for a nap and dinner. If you do that, then I suggest not returning to a theme park but rather eating in a resort hotel. Let me know what you are thinking for that day, and I can offer some more suggestions!
Visit Walt Disney World Resort to explore the magic.
