Hi moms, I have soooo many questions so I'll start with this one! Apart from character/dinner shows what are your recommendations for best use of table service credits. Seems like we'll be spoilt for choice,14 nights, myself, dh & 2 dd's 8 & 5, th

    Hi Lisa,

Oh I simply adore your question.  Disney dining questions are among my very favorites!

My family uses the Disney Dining Plan frequently and we are always talking about the best way to use our table service credits.  Here are a list of our favorites:

    1.  The Grand Floridian Cafe (on the ground floor of Disney's Grand Floridian Resort) is an overlooked treasure.  I can't believe it only costs one table service credit per person to dine at this elegant restaurant.  My parents love the menu here and my son is quite fond of the desserts.

    2.  Your children will adore having dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe in the lobby of Disney's Wilderness Lodge.  While there are no Disney characters here, the servers are incredibly entertaining.  If you're looking for a toe-tapping, fun time, this is the restaurant for you.

    3.  We love to start the day off with breakfast at Kona Cafe in Disney's Polynesian Resort.  Their Tonga toast is legendary and this restaurant rarely feels crowded.  My husband loves the coffee here.

    4.  Biergarten is our favorite restaurant in Epcot.  Not only is there an extensive and tasty buffet, but you can't beat the musical show.  Can't believe this is only one table service credit!

    5.  If you enjoy seafood, then dinner at Cape May Cafe in Disney's Beach Club Resort is a good bet.  It is just a short walk or boat ride from Epcot.

Let us know if you need additional suggestions.  There are so many amazing places to dine at Walt Disney World!

Best wishes for a truly magical vacation,
    Jill
