Sooo my question is I must be being dumb because I can see my hotel reservation but can’t seem to get my park tickets to populate on the app. Also is there anyway to flip my Disney vs Calif days?

Hey there and welcome to planDisney, Kim. We're so glad you're here and I'm so excited about your upcoming visit to the Disneyland Resort. There are so many things to keep track of when planning a magical stay and I'm thrilled that you reached out to me for help.

It sounds like you might have purchased a Disneyland Vacation Package. If this is the case, your theme park tickets will arrive via email four days prior to your arrival date. It sounds like you also already have your theme park reservations (Yay!). You can absolutely modify which park that you would like to visit (or your starting park) for each day of your stay.

If you don't see the option to "modify," then you can cancel and rebook your theme park reservation. Before you decide to go this route, I strongly recommend checking the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to ensure that reservations are available for the day and for the park that you'd like to change to. It's an especially busy time of year right now with the Holidays at the Disneyland Resort in full swing and I'd hate for you to be left without a theme park reservation.

If you will be staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, make sure to take advantage of the early entry benefit that allows you to enter the park 30 minutes before the regular park opening. This is a great time to cross a lot of attractions off of your list. I usually make a beeline for Guardians of the Galaxy - Mission: BREAKOUT! in Disney California Adventure Park or Space Mountain in Disneyland Park.

There will be so many merry things to enjoy during your holly jolly stay. If you haven't already, be sure to check out the Foodie Guide to preview all of the seasonal eats and treats available during the festivities. The treats and food at the Disneyland Resort are always a highlight for me. Don't miss the Mickey Gingerbread cookie at the Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe - it's a seasonal must. They are so soft and almost too cute to eat.

Well, Kim, I hope I was able to share some helpful information with you today. Let me know if there's anything else that I can help with as you get closer to your visit. Sending you all the pixie dust and wishing you a magical visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
