We will soon be staying at the Grand Floridian for the first time. Is there a place to lap swim, e.g. lane lines, standard length pool? Thanks

    Hello, Anne,

How exciting that you'll be staying at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa!  It is such a lovely resort; I love all of the Victorian decor and beautiful landscaping at the resort. The resort has two pools, but both of them are designed more for relaxing rather than lap swimming.  Of the two pools, the Courtyard Pool is the largest.  While I"m not sure how it compares to a standard length pool, the length of the pool is quite long.  I would think it could possibly work as a substitute to swim laps. While the pool will likely be busy in the afternoon, you may find little to no other guests there early in the morning.

Wishing you a magical trip!  If you have any further questions, please let us know.  -Kara
