How soon can I start the online check in process for my DVC stay?

    Hiya Sharon!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. It looks like you are planning to visit very soon, so let's get you all set to use the magical Online Check-in system!

How EARly you can check-in online depends on where you are staying! If you are staying on Walt Disney World Resort property, you can use the My Disney Experience app (or your web browser) to check-in 60 days before your arrival. If you are staying at our Disney Vacation Club properties in Vero Beach, Hilton Head Island, or Hawaii, Online Check-in is available 10 days before you arrive. Now, if you are lucky enough to be sailing on a grand adventure with Captain Mickey, you can check-in online 45 days before you sail. (Quick note, if you are staying at The Villas at Disney's Grand Californian Hotel & Spa, Online Check-in is not available.)

Sharon, did you know that besides checking in online, your My Disney Experience app lets you do so many other magical things? You can use it to open your hotel room door quicker than you can say bibbidi, bobbidi, boo! It also gives you up-to-date bus times and walking directions in the Parks and Disney Springs. You can make FastPass+ selections, and if you're waiting in a queue, you can use the Play Disney Parks app to play games with your fellow travelers! My favorite way to use the app is the Mobile Order function. We usually pick our meals while we stand in line, then hit the "prepare my order" button on our way out of the attraction. By the time we arrive at our dining location, our meal is ready!

If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to come back. We are all EARs!
