Will soon be reserving FP+ and noticed Fantasmic Nov 8 starts 8.30pm, yet the park closing time is 8pm. Is this correct? Thank you Moms!

    Hi James David ~

November will be here before you know it and I bet you're too excited to sleep already!

I checked the online calendar for Disney's Hollywood Studios for November 8, 2017. You are correct. The calendar shows that the park will close at 8:00 p.m. and Fantasmic! is scheduled for 8:30 p.m. that evening. That often happens during the months when the theme parks close a little earlier. I personally think it is a great way to top off a pixie dusted day. It makes me feel special staying in the park after the official closing time and being able to eke out every bit of magic before I have to leave.

If you are inside the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater looking at the stage, there is an exit near the front upper right side that will take you out near the beginning of Hollywood Boulevard and the entrance to Hollywood Studios. If you exit this way, you will avoid some of the masses heading out the main entrance of the Hollywood Hills Amphitheater. Of course if you're like me, you like to take the long way out and enjoy the sights one more time.

We often do the Fantasmic! Dining Package so that we get a yummy meal and a great reserved viewing spot. Another option is the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience. I REALLY like this one because you get to pick up your awesome desserts to eat while you enjoy Fantasmic! with reserved VIP seating.

Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
