Annual Passholder family! What a perfect holiday treat!
Terence, you should be able to link your Annual Pass directly to your
My Disney Experience account when you make your
purchase, and you should see it immediately under the "My Tickets & Passes" tile on your mobile app. Once purchased, you can activate the pass any time within the next 365 days (your activation day will be the first day that you use the pass for theme park entry, and your pass will expire one year from the date of first use, not the purchase date). When I purchased my Annual Pass, it showed up in my account right away, and I was able to make
Theme Park Reservations for my next visit. I did have to stop by Guest Relations before entering my first park to officially activate the pass, and at that time, I was offered a physical Annual Pass card as well!
