How soon can I park at Epcot?

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Sherri!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by and honored to help you plan your upcoming trip to Disney World! Cue the fireworks, the happy tears, and all the Mickey-shaped snacks your heart can handle! I’m seriously so excited for you, and I know you can already hear the sound of the monorail and smell the caramel popcorn at Karamell‑Küche at EPCOT. So, grab those ears, charge your phone for ALL the photos, and let’s dive into some pixie-dusted planning together! We can't wait to "See You Real Soon!"

It sounds like you are planning an early FANTASTICAL day at EPCOT! For planning purposes, parking lots typically open about one hour before the park officially opens. That means if Early Entry at EPCOT begins at 8:30 a.m., you can usually roll in around 7:30 a.m. and start your adventure bright and early. Whether you're chasing Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind or just craving a quiet morning stroll through World Showcase, being early sets the tone for an awesome day. You'll cruise through the gates and even have time to snap a sunrise selfie with Spaceship Earth!

When you arrive at EPCOT, you’ll have two parking options: standard parking and preferred parking. Both will get you to the MAGIC, but with a slightly different flair! Standard parking is included if you're a Disney Resort guest or an Annual Passholder, and it's a great choice if you don’t mind a short tram ride or walk. Preferred parking, on the other hand, puts you closer to the entrance, which is perfect if you want to shave off some steps or get to those Mickey waffles just a little faster! It comes with an extra cost, but for families with little ones, strollers, or tight schedules, it can feel totally worth it. The Cast Members will guide you to the right section, so don’t worry—everything is organized and easy to navigate.

As you continue to plan, make sure you check out the Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date information regarding all things Disney. Mickey and his pals have some incredible surprises planned, and we don't want you to miss any of the fun!

If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
