How soon can you order the Photo Pass Plus? Is 9 months too soon if you are a huge planner and need everything done? Thank you

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Jenny!

Its always exciting to plan ahead and it helps calm me down before my trip (well - maybe a little).  I just returned from a trip and I'm in the process of going through all of my photos from my PhotoPhoto+ Card. Its great to be able to get in the pictures with my kids instead of always being behind the camera.

That is a great question. I contacted the super helpful Cast Members at to make sure I was giving you accurate information. The Cast Member I spoke with said that they recommend that Guests wait until they are within 6 months of their trip to pre-order in case they decide to cancel their trip for any reason because they are unable to issue refunds for products pre-ordered more than 6 months prior to trips.

I also asked him how long they will be offering the current pre-order special price.  He said that he cannot guarantee what special offers will be available in the future. Perhaps the current offer will still be available for your trip or they may be offering something different at that time. He told me that they will honor the vouchers if Guests purchase them now even if the offer is no longer offered at the time of your trip.

Keep the questions coming!  We're thrilled to assist you!

Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
