Deanna from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

How soon after getting a magic Key Pass can I book a reservation to the parks? How fast do the passes get sent to you? Same day or does it take a couple days?

Hi Deanna! Thanks for visiting planDisney.

Magic Key sales will reopen on November 6, 2024. Are you excited? Being a Magic Key holder means more access to the magic of the parks, discounts, and perks. I really love the dining discount! Magic Keys offer more value for my family's visits to our happy place.

Many Guests have been eagerly awaiting the reopening of sales, so be sure to be in the virtual waiting room right on the nose at 8:45 AM Pacific Time. Availability may be limited and entering the waiting room doesn't guarantee your preferred Magic Key will be available for purchase. To be ready for the sale, read through the helpful Buying Guide, which is available now. Also, read through all the benefits associated with your preferred Magic Key prior to purchasing, including the all-important Blockout dates. You want to make sure you select the right Magic Key for your needs. Magic Keys can't be canceled and are not transferable. Prices and terms are subject to change.

Should you successfully secure a Magic Key of your own, which I hope you do, you'll receive an email confirmation of your Magic Key purchase almost immediately. At the most, it should only take a couple of hours to receive confirmation of purchase. Your e-mail confirmation will include the information necessary to link the Magic Key in the Disneyland mobile app.

With your Magic Key linked, you'll be ready to make your theme park reservations. Magic Key reservation availability can change quickly. It is best to make your reservations as early as possible to secure your preferred park and day. It is possible for popular days to fill up, and no matter which Magic Key you select, you're not guaranteed theme park reservation availability.

I'll keep my fingers crossed for you that you get your very own shiny new Magic Key!
