It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Christie! Am I right in assuming that you have a stay at
Disney's Yacht Club Resort or
Disney's Beach Club Resort coming up soon? You've mentioned some of my favorite lounges and places to grab a quick in that area, so if you're staying for a week or even if you're just stopping by for the day you can count on being well-fed!
Christie, I'm pleased to tell you that your little Mouseketeer is welcome pretty much everywhere at Walt Disney World Resort. With the exception of a few places that have an age requirement, like
Jellyrolls or
Victoria & Albert's, he is welcome to accompany you anywhere you want to eat or enjoy a drink. In fact, I think you'll find that wherever you sit down to grab a quick bite, there will likely be other kids around your son's age there as well. Some of these places, like
Hurricane Hanna's Waterside Bar and Grill, even have a dedicated children's menu and some fun non-alcoholic specialty drinks too if your little one wants to get in on the fun with you so be sure to ask the Cast Member serving you if they have anything for kids!
Since you mentioned that this will be your first time going to Walt Disney World Resort with a three-year-old, I wanted to make sure that you got a chance to see this
planning guide for parents of preschoolers. It's a great resource to have handy when you're planning your trip because it'll show you all of the magic that you and your little one can enjoy together. Did you know that there are
more than 80 attractions at the Theme Parks and Water Parks that are suitable for kids your son's age? Make sure to check out the list so you can plan to see the ones that you think he'll love!
Have a magical day, Christie!
