how soon can i book my port time on a disney cruise?

    Ahoy, Elizabeth! Welcome to planDisney!

It won’t be long until you arrive at the port and see your beautiful Disney ship. You must be getting so excited! I’d be happy to help you get checked in for your cruise.

Once you're paid in full for your upcoming cruise, you may begin checking in online 30 days before setting sail. The link to access Online Check-In is located under Already Booked > My Reservations Page. Under your cruise details, you’ll see the Online Check-In button in blue. To help this process go smoothly, you’ll need a picture of everyone’s passport or citizenship documents, contact information, credit card number for onboard charges, and an individual color photo of each guest taken against a neutral background. I like to keep all the pictures in a folder on my computer, so it’s easy to find and upload. After completing all the information, you can select your port arrival time.

If you haven’t already done so, I recommend downloading the Disney Cruise Line Navigator app to your mobile device. Before you set sail, the app allows you to manage your reservation and countdown to your cruise. Once onboard, you’ll see a daily onboard calendar of events and things to do on your cruise. I especially think the deck plans are very helpful.

I know you're going to make magical memories from bow to stern. Please sail back to planDisney with any additional questions.
