Welcome back to planDisney, Melissa. We love it when you stop by and ask your questions!
I think I need to start playing some of my favorite
Disney holiday tunes because this is the second question in a row that I'm answering about the
holiday season at the resort! Don't get me wrong, I'm absolutely loving it as Christmas is not only my favorite season but it's also my favorite time to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort...and I've only done it once! But that will change this year. I can't wait to do
all the things!
At this time, Guests can book vacations through October 31st, 2025 and we do not have a date for when visits for November or December 2025 will be available to book. What I
can say is that typically, the entire next year is made available for booking by the summer of the previous year. However, this year, Disney kept us on our toes by releasing the majority of 2025 dates in February! I would recommend following along with the
Disney Parks Blog for any announcements related to booking late 2025 vacations.
Now did you hear about the awesome new perk that will be available to Guests staying in a
Disney Resorts Collection Hotel in 2025? If you didn't, let me be the first to tell you that
you will receive free admission to a water park on your check-in day. You'll just want to follow along with the operating hours and weather as December tends to be a month where the temperatures could be cooler. But as long as the
water parks aren't closed due to weather and you're good to swim in whatever temperature it is, make sure to arrive early on your check-in day so you can make the best of this awesome new perk!
Melissa, I'll be counting down the days until you can book your holiday 2025 visit. In the meantime, follow along with the
Disney Parks Blog to see what announcements are made for the 2024 holiday season. While offerings can change from year to year, it'll give you a taste of what might be coming your way and it'll make the wait a little more tolerable!
If you have any other questions,
please let me know.
Just keep swimming,
Matt
