Surf's Up Brianne!
You are going to have a blast visiting a Walt Disney World Water Park. Thrilling water slides, huge waves, and
white water voyages wait for you and your Ohana. You will definitely have an adventure-filled experience. Renting a cabana is a great way to unwind throughout the day without having to find the lounge chair you left your towel on hours ago.
At this time
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park is closed for refurbishment, so all information provided will be regarding
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park. Be sure to keep an eye on both the
Walt Disney World website and the
Disney Parks Blog for Blizzard Beach's reopening date.
Cabanas at Typhoon Lagoon, or
Beachcomber Shacks, can be reserved up to 60 days before your arrival. All reservations must be made by phone by calling (407)-WDW-PLAY or (407)-939-7529. You can call to reserve your private shaded area as early as 6 AM ET. If this is a must-do for your upcoming trip, be sure to call early. If you would rather make a decision after arrival you can reserve the Beachcomber Shacks at
Singapore Sal's, as long as there is availability.
If you are a Dole Whip fan, be sure to stop by Snack Shack during your sun-soaked day. The new Motunui Island Twist and famous Hei Hei Cone can be found at this yummy treat stop. These refreshing desserts are both ice cold and adorable. A perfect sweet for a summer afternoon.
I hope that information is exactly what you need to plan the perfect wave filled day. You'll be hanging ten before you know it.
