My sons are 4 & 6 yrs old. I am worried that they will get tired walking around all day. Will the disney strollers hold them? Any other ideas?

Hi, Christy!    I just returned from a week in WDW with my kids.   My 9 year old amazingly did not complain once about the walking!   However, my little guy who is 6 just could not keep up without a stroller.   We ended up renting one for him and we were all much happier!

My son is about 46 inches tall and under 50 pounds.   He fit fine into a single stroller, so I think your 2 little pirates would be fine in a double stroller.   It might be a bit tight, but they will just be happy they don't have to walk!

I do suggest, however, if you have a stroller at home, bring it along.   Stroller rental is a bit pricey at $15 per day for a single stroller, $31 per day for a double (prices subject to change.)   The cost does add up after a few days.

With or without a stroller, take an easy pace with your kids, take frequent breaks, and bring along refillable water bottles so everyone stays hydrated.   I hope you have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
