My sons (twins) have read the Kingdom Keepers, and we plan on coming end of May for the birthday. They are wanting to meet Maleficent and talk to her. Does she have any appearances in the month of May? We are staying in Disney with 5 day park passes.

    Hello, Chastity,

Isn't the Kingdom Keepers series amazing?  As fans of the books, it would be wonderful for your sons to get a chance to meet Maleficent.  One way that they could do this is through a separate-ticket event at Disney's Hollywood Studios called Club Villain. This is a special event that includes dining and dancing with the many of Disney's most famous villains, including Maleficent.  While it is a more costly event, it is getting many positive reviews from guests. You might want to do an internet search for Reviews of Club Villain to read about other guests' thoughts to see if your family would enjoy the experience.

While Maleficent isn't currently scheduled to be making appearances, you can check the Character Experiences to see if any changes happen before your trip. Also, Ridley Pearson sometimes makes appearances at Walt Disney World.  If you visit his website at ridleypearson.com, you can see if he will be making any appearances during your trip.

I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for your sons that they get to meet Maleficent.  Wishing your family a magical trip!  -Kara
