Hi Tina! Thanks for bringing your question to planDisney.
I have good news for you: the name on most
standard admission tickets doesn't matter. Once a ticket is used by a Guest, it will be tied to that Guest and cannot be transferred. But it's not attached to the Guest by name. It's only tickets that require the use of a government-issued photo ID where the name really matters. However, if you're concerned about the mix-up, you can give the helpful Cast Members on the
Tickets phone line a call, and they'd be happy to assist you in changing the name on the ticket. It's not possible to do it yourself online or on the app, unfortunately. But a call will do the trick!
Your visit is almost here. Have you checked out the
Daily Events Schedule? It has all the information you could want for sketching out your must-do activities throughout your park day, from entertainment, parades, fireworks, and more! While details are subject to change, it's a great place to start, so you don't miss anything that's on your list of top stops. If I were you, I wouldn't want to miss the nighttime parade,
Paint the Night in Disneyland Park, which is only around through the end of summer, as part of Disneyland Resort's big
70th Anniversary. What tops your list?
I hope this helps!
Elizabeth
