    My sons loves Disney Cars and I was looking forward to the Meet and Greet at Hollywood Studios. According to the calendar, it looks like this is ending in early October 2015. Is this true??? I'll be at Disneyworld at the end of October 2015.

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel! My kids are big Cars fans too so I know how excited your son must be to meet Lightning McQueen and his best pal Mater! There are a lot of magical and exciting changes taking place at Disney's Hollywood Studios and, as a result, some Attractions are being relocated or closed permanently. 

    At this time there have been no official announcements regarding the Cars Meet and Greet Character Experience. As of right now you can still meet Lightning McQueen and Mater at Team McQueen Headquarters on the Streets of America in Disney's Hollywood Studios. It's a great place to capture some magical memories of your little Cars fan on camera. Characters and locations are subject to change so be sure to check the Times Guide when you arrive at the Park. I would also check the Disney Parks Blog frequently for updates and new information. 

    You also don't want to miss Lights, Motors, Action!® Extreme Stunt Show® also located in Disney's Hollywood Studios. The Show features cars and motorcycles in high- speed chases, jumps, and explosions, and you'll get to see Lightning McQueen in action as he makes a special guest appearance. 

    You may also want to make a "Pit Stop" at Disney's Art of Animation Resort to check out the Cars wing. The Resort brings the movie to life with the themed landscape and Characters including Lightning McQueen, Mater, Fillmore, Sarge and others from the popular film.
