    Sons HS Baseball Team coming April '15 plan to stay at All Star Sports. We are getting park passes as part of plan. Will we get Magic Bands in advance? If not will we get passes early so we can set up fast pass+. As team Dad do I link them all together?”

    I am so glad to hear from you. Team Dads rock!

    Without knowing which travel partner you booked your package through I can't say for sure if you will get your Magic Bands in advance. However, if you booked directly through Disney the answer is yes. You will have the opportunity to customize your Magic Bands using your My Disney Experience account. You also have the ability to customize the Magic Bands of your entire team if they are all linked using the Friends & Family feature. Magic Band customization must be completed at least 30 days prior to your trip.

    Again, depending on which travel partner you used, you will typically get your theme park tickets 10-30 prior to your first game. Once you have your tickets (or at least the ticket numbers) you can link them to your My Disney Experience account and begin making your FastPass+ selections.

    I suggest called the travel partner you booked your package with to ascertain their procedures for ticket and Magic Band distribution.
