My son's high school concert band will be performing at Disney World on April 25th. His teacher just said that it would be at the Disney or Mickey Stage - do you know what he is referring to? Also what hotels do they normally stay at?

Hello, Deborah!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

How exciting that your son will be performing at Walt Disney World this coming April!  I always enjoy seeing the school bands perform.  They are such a treat!

Based on my experience, the marching bands begin their march in Frontierland and make their way down Main Street, U.S.A.  which goes right in front of Cinderella's Castle.  The bands do not to stop to perform in one set spot, but things can change year-to-year.

I have seen many schools stay at the Walt Disney World Value Resorts.  This, of course, is not set in stone. Your best bet would be to have your son's band director gather all this information for you so that you may begin making your reservations today.

Thank you so much for visiting the Moms Panel.  Please join us again real soon should any new questions or concerns pop-up.  We are always ready to offer some great tips and advice.  May your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation be filled with many new and MAGICAL memories.

~Have a MAGICAL day and "SEE YOU REAL SOON!"~
