Melissa, you have a few options to note room requests before your arrival. First, when you complete the
Online Check-In process, you can choose from a dropdown of pre-selected room requests. If you don't see the specific request you'd like on this list, you can always
call a Cast Member at Tickets and Hotel Reservations to add your request. While room requests cannot be guaranteed, I've always found that Cast Members will do their best to accommodate when possible.
Did you know you can also make a note that you are celebrating a special occasion on your reservation? You can do this when you're on the phone with a Cast Member regarding your room request, or you can add your celebration online. On the Walt Disney World Resort website, you can select "
My Plans" under My Disney Experience to locate your current reservation. If you made your reservation directly through Disney, you should see an option to change your reservation. When you click that button, you can open up your reservation details, find your travel party, and add a celebration. Don't forget to request a special "I'm Celebrating" button from a Cast Member at your resort hotel when you arrive!
Your visit couldn't be happening at a better time, as all the
summer fun around Walt Disney World will be in full swing! As a reminder, Guests staying at hotels in the Disney Resorts Collection can take advantage of
complimentary water park admission on their check-in day. My son and I are also planning a visit next month and can't wait to head straight to
