Hi there, Susan! Welcome to planDisney! Your Walt Disney World Resort adventure is just 10 days away! Are you getting excited? I know there are so many little details to finish up in those last few days before your big trip. Let's make sure your theme park tickets are ready to go!
You can absolutely
purchase another ticket for your group. You can do that on your computer, or hop into the
My Disney Experience app on your phone and click on the three little horizontal lines icon in the bottom right corner of your screen. Then, click on the tile that says "Tickets and Passes." From there, you can click on the "+" in the blue circle in the upper right corner, and then "Buy Tickets." Once you complete the transaction, your new ticket should be linked to your account along with all of the others. You can then assign it to the person in your group who still needs a ticket. If you have problems buying your ticket for any reason, go ahead and
call Disney's Guest Relations number. A Cast Member will be happy to help you.
The one thing that has me a little worried is that you may have a hard time matching up the
Disney Park Pass reservations you've already made with this new ticket you're adding. As I look at the
Availability Calendar for the week of April 26, only
EPCOT has availability every day, with
Disney's Animal Kingdom also showing openings for April 27 and 28. Since you have the
Park Hopper Option on your tickets, you could make a Disney Park Pass reservation at EPCOT or Disney's Animal Kingdom and then switch to the other parks after 2 p.m. when park hopping opens, but your group may need to split up in the morning if the rest of your party has reservations elsewhere. This may also be a question for a Cast Member if you call Guest Relations and explain the situation.
Susan, I'm a firm believer that if we can dream it, we can do it! Fingers crossed you're able to line up your reservations, but your Walt Disney World vacation will be a magical time spent with family, whatever the schedule may look like. Thank you so much for stopping by, and please come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
