    My son's family has multi day tickets for Disney World that were extended until Sept 2021 because of Covid. What do they need to do if they still don't go to Disney World by September? Do they call someone?

    I know many guests were thrilled when Mickey Mouse extended the Disney Theme Park Ticket active dates to September 2021 because of COVID-19; however, you ask a very valid and important question for guests who are not able to return by those extended dates.

    I wanted to let you know that the Walt Disney World Theme Park Tickets will expire in September 2021; HOWEVER, I have some super-duper MAGICAL news for you! Even though their tickets will expire, the VALUE on those tickets will not expire! WOOOOO HOOOO! When your son is ready to book their next Walt Disney World vacation, just call 407-W-DISNEY and speak to a Cast Member. While he will not be able to see their expired tickets in his My Disney Experience account, the Cast Member in Ticket Services will be able to find them to help book new dates for their next Walt Disney World vacation! Don't you just LOVE happy endings?!
