Can I get my son's DAS at the concierge at our hotel, Disney's All Star Music?

    Hi Debbie,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question. We’re so glad you stopped by! I truly love the way that the Disney Parks have tried to ensure that Guests of all ages, sizes and even abilities can enjoy a day that is practically perfect in every way.

From what I understand about the Disability Access Service Card (or DAS for short) program, it can only be issued by a Guest Relations Cast Member at any one of the Theme Parks. The Lobby Concierge at any Disney Resort Hotel, including Disney’s All-Star Music Resort unfortunately won’t be able to assist you in getting DAS for your son.

For even more information about how DAS works, please visit this handy Disney Parks Disability Access Service Card Fact Sheet.

And please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions!

    Have a Magical Day,
