    It will be my son's 5th birthday when we are in Disney world. Anything special we can do for him? I know for girls there are dress up experiences. Any such thing for boys? Any special restaurants to go eat on his actual birthday? Any special rides?

    Hello there, Biana!

    Happy Birthday to your little Prince from all of us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Where better to celebrate his 5th birthday than the Walt Disney World Resort? In fact, we arrived to the Most Magical Place on Earth on my son's 5th birthday!

    First, I recommend a trip to The Pirate's League in Magic Kingdom Park. Both of my boys adored this experience! I've attached a short video to further show you what you can expect, but your little buccaneer can become a full-fledged pirate with a little fun and Disney magic. 

    There are so many fun restaurants and Disney Character dining experiences you could plan for his birthday meal. Chef Mickey's is great and you'll get to spend time with the Fab 5! To make it a little extra special, you could arrange to surprise him with his own Mickey Mouse - My Storybook Moment or request a Celebration Cake once you arrive to the restaurant (for an extra charge.)

    I just know he is going to have an incredible 5th birthday. Make sure you stop by Guest Services to grab a "Happy Birthday" celebration button so everyone knows he's enjoying his special day. If we can help you with anything else, please let us know, Biana!
