    My son's birthday is the day we are at Magic Kingdom. I managed to get reservations at the crystal palace at 330 for 10 of us. Wondering about the length of the Dream Come True parade that starts at 3:00 and if it passes Palace so we can do both?

    Hello there Sherri!

    I really enjoy watching the Celebrate A Dream Come True Parade at Disney's Magic Kingdom! I have a friend from the theater company I have performed with that is one of the cast members in the parade; so it's especially nice to see him in it!

    The parade itself lasts fifteen minutes and starts in Frontierland and ends on Main Street, USA. You could essentially wait for it at the start and watch it as it makes it's entrance then walk briskly over to make your Advance Dining Reservation at the Crystal Palace. I think you should have plenty of time if you walk through Adventureland and stay away from the parade crowds. They have also been known to switch the parade route at times so definitely make a note to be sure to check the Times Guide at Magic Kingdom park for the schedule and parade times. Since it is an outdoor parade, it is subject to cancellation due to inclement weather.
