My son and are are planning on 1 day at MK during spring break. Is hubby able to drop us off & pick up easily? Also what time do you suggest getting there?

    Hi Denise,

Glad you’ll be able to visit Magic Kingdom Park in just a few weeks. Although it would be a short trip, I hope you have a wonderful time.

Many will say that one day is not enough to visit Magic Kingdom Park, but with a little planning you may be able to experience much of its beauty. However, be warned that you’ll surely be hungry for more! I suggest you get your Theme Park Tickets ahead of time and create an account in My Disney Experience. Once you link your tickets, you will be able to select FastPass+ for many popular attractions up to 30 days in advance. This free service will let you skip the lines for up to three experiences, and leave you time for more. And once you use the three reservations, you’ll be able to select an additional one. Then rinse and repeat!

You can easily get dropped off. Try to stay to the right most parking toll booth and advise the attendant that you’re being dropped off, and then simply follow the directions. You should note that the guest drop-off area is in the Transportation and Ticket Center, so you’ll still need to take the Monorail or Ferryboat to the entrance of Magic Kingdom Park, so plan accordingly. You can also be picked up at the same location you got dropped off.

Hope you have a magical time with many more to come.
