    My son is 10 yrs. old and would rather eat off the kids menu, can we order him food off that menu even though he's over 9? We do not have the DDP, we will be paying for our meals.

    Hi Justin.  The restaurants at Walt Disney World are extremely accommodating, especially when it comes to children.  I was just reading an answer to a similar question from Disney mom Jo.  Her daughter preferred the options on the children's menu, so the wait staff brought her an adult size portion of the item she ordered.  It's possible that prices may be adjusted accordingly to reflect the larger portion.

    So, the answer is, yes -- if your child prefers chicken nuggets over Chicken Cordon Bleu, then he certainly may order it.
