We would like to take our son who is 2yrs old to Disney World? My question is when is it the cheapest time of the year to go?

    Hi Chaya,

The least expensive, and least crowded time to visit Walt Disney World is during the value season.  January (except New Year's and Martin Luther King Day holiday weekend), early February and late August through September fall into this category.  This is when you can find the lowest rates on resort stays.

Remember, children under the age of 3 are FREE, so you'll be saving quite a bit just by taking him when he's little.

Hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Diane, Georgia

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
