My son has wheat egg soy peanut allergies is it hard to get foods with those missing. Can you get a meal plan if your not staying on site.

    Hi Jeremiah,

The Dining Plan is only offered to Guests who are staying at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels.

I don't want you to worry about guessing at ingredients while you're on vacation.  Disney is exceptional at handling special dietary needs.  Each quick dining restaurant has an ingredient list for all of the foods they serve.  Please ask to see it, and don't hesitate to let a Castmember know your concerns.  They are there to help you.

Also, if you are making advanced dining reservations, please let the person you are booking through know of the food allergies.  When you get to the restaurant let the Castmember checking you in know about the allergies also.  Most times the chef will come out to discuss the meal with you.

You can also email Disney's food experts at specialdiets@disneyworld.com.  Let them know your concerns in detail and they will help you by giving you more information and solutions.  I hope this information is helpful to you.

    Have a wonderful trip!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
