My son and I are going to WDW from April 19 to the 23rd is it really busy at this time of year?

Hi, Jessica!  You are at the tail end of the spring break crowd with those dates, so you will probably encounter some heavier than normal crowds, at least at the beginning of your vacation.  Just remember to use the Fast Pass system when you can - and make sure you get Fast Passes early in the day for things that you REALLY want to ride.  Toy Story Mania, for example, tends to run out of the passes early in the day, so you want to make sure you get your Fast Pass as soon as you go into Disney's Hollywood Studios for that one.

Eat at off peak hours, and if you don't mind missing the parade, take advantage of the shorter lines while most of the other park guests are waiting for the parade to start.  We also find if we arrive first thing in the morning, we can beat at least some of the crowds!

Have a wonderful vacation!  What a nice change the weather will be from the cold Jersey winter we're having!
