My son wants to wear a kilt in the parks is this allowed?

    Hello, Donise,

Thank you for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Park Rules state that proper attire must be worn at all times, and costumes may not be worn by Guests ages 14 or older. They also reserve the right to deny admission to any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or that would detract from the experience of other Guests.  If your son is not violating any of those Park Rules, he should be fine.

If he does wear a kilt, I think he'll want to make sure and stop by to Meet Merida as she will certainly appreciate his Scottish fashion!

Please let us know if you have any further questions.  Wishing you a magical trip!  -Kara
