My son wanted to keep his Oceaneer band as a memento of our cruise. He asked a hotel attendant (not Disney) to cut the lock so he could remove it, but instead she snipped the band. He is very upset. Is there any way to get a replacement?

    Ahoy, Michelle!

Welcome aboard the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I hope you and your family had an incredible time on your adventure at sea with Captain Mickey and his friends! Oh Michelle, I'm so sorry to hear that your son's Disney Cruise Line Youth Activities wristband's band was accidentally cut. I understand why he would be upset. I believe your best bet would be to contact Disney Cruise Line's Guest Communications Team. They can be reached via email at dcl.guest.communications@disneycruise.com. Hopefully, a member of the Guest Communications Team will be able to further assist you in getting your son a replacement wristband!

I'm so glad your son had such an incredible time in Disney's Oceaneer Club and Disney's Oceaneer Lab that he wanted to keep his wristband as a memento! I'll be sending tons of pixie dust your way in the hopes that you will be able to get a replacement for him soon!
