Me and my son will be visiting Disney's world next October and I was wondering how much money do I need to bring for the both of us for spending money

    Hello Catherine,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel where it's always an added pleasure for me to assist a fellow Guest from the United Kingdom with their jolly holiday plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort.
I'm thrilled to know you and your dear son are planning towards what's sure to be a magical Disney trip next October and I must say that I think it's a super smart idea to begin thinking ahead to what spending money the two of you may need.
Of course it goes without saying that spending money, daily allowances and personal finances are essentially highly individual points, plus of course spending for us Guests from across the pond is somewhat linked to the current £/$ exchange rate.
So to help I can only provide a little insight into my own families Disney spending habits which I have to say changes from yEar yEar!  Generally speaking I allow up to £30 per person, per day for general spends on souvenirs and sundries and this amount can also be saved-up and spent all in one splurge too!
If I can help sprinkle any extra pixie dust onto your Autumn plans to visit Walt Disney World Resort please do pop back to ask me another question.
    Have a great Disney day.
