    My son and I will be visiting in August and I am gluten free. I'd like to know if you can order from the allergy friendly menu when using mobile food ordering through the My Disney Experience app.

    Hi Robyn!

    Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel. As the mom to a little one with multiple food allergies, I have quite a bit of experience ordering from the allergy menus at Walt Disney World Resort restaurants! Unfortunately, Guests who are ordering from the allergy menu to accommodate food allergies and special dietary requests need to visit the quick service restaurant cashier to order as the allergy menus are not accommodated on the app. However, this will allow you to speak with a cashier, manager or Chef to determine the items on the menu that will accommodate your dietary needs and satisfy what you are in the mood for!

    You will still find the My Disney Experience mobile app extremely useful for your vacation, even without mobile food ordering. I love to use the app during our vacations to manage FastPass+ reservations and to help us get get around Walt Disney World Resort using the app's turn-by-turn navigation capability!
