My son has used the DAS system in the past which was very accommodating for his disability. We plan on using it again for our upcoming trip. Is it recommended to purchase Genie + or individual Lightning Lanes while utilizing the DAS system?

Hi Ya Friend, Dana! Welcome to planDisney!

Walt Disney World Resort is second to none being inclusive to Guest with Disabilities. I am thrilled to read you will be utilizing the  Disability Access Services (DAS) on your upcoming vacation. It appears you know the drill with this program, but just a reminder, you may pre-register for services via live video chat with a Cast Member as early as 30 days in advance but no less than two days.

After you register for Disability Access Services (DAS), a cast member will assist you in setting up 2 one-hour return windows per day on these select experiences.

If your family is a "rope drop" and "ride all the rides" kind of family, I would definitely recommend purchasing Genie+ Services for busier park days.  Also available for purchase are individual a la carte Lightning Lane attractions. In fact, I am including some Frequently Asked Questions related to the Disability Access Services (DAS). You will find a whole host of information. Scroll down to the "Other DAS FAQ's" to specifically read about your question.

I hope your whole family enjoys a Magical inclusive vacation.

May the Force be with you,
    Cindy
