MagicBand+. I love the convenience of having a MagicBand+ and also love how you can use these at both the Disneyland Resort and Walt Disney World Resort.
Oh, bother. I'm sorry to hear that you are running into some challenges. I recently used mine at Walt Disney World Resort and then returned to connect it for use at the Disneyland Resort and ran into the same challenge that I believe you might be experiencing. If you haven't already, check out the
MagicBand+ Support page for some troubleshooting ideas. Ultimately, what ended up working for me was running a
complete factory reset. Once I completed the reset, I was able to connect the MagicBand+ to my account in the
Disneyland app.
I hope this helps and that you're able to get things connected soon. I love using my MagicBand+ at the Disneyland Resort to easily scan into the theme parks for entrance. It's also a quick and easy tap for Disney PhotoPass photographers to link my pictures to my account. I also love how it interacts with the nighttime spectaculars and even with certain attractions (Haunted Mansion is my favorite interaction).
