Hi there, Angela! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thanks for your question!
It's so exciting to know that in just a few short days you and your family will be experiencing all the joy and magic at the Disneyland Resort! This includes all the fantastic dining options in the parks, Downtown Disney District, and the Disneyland Resort Hotels. I do not believe that Disney publishes their nutritional information for the food served at their quick or table service restaurants. However, the chefs here are amazing at modifying meals to meat the
dietary needs of their Guests. At any table service restaurant, you can ask to speak to a chef or a specially-trained Cast Member about your son's needs and they will be happy to discuss the options with you. I would also contact
Special.Diets@disneyland.com as soon as possible so you know what resources are available.
Finally, I would also suggest that you bring some snacks or small meal items with you into the parks for your son. You can bring in any food items you wish as long as they aren't packaged in glass containers. If you need to store a small cooler, you can keep it in one of the many
lockers available to rent. This will at least give you the peace of mind that you have food available for your child that meets his dietary needs.
I hope this helps! Have a fabulous time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
