My son turns 2 yrs old on the 19th. My sister told me that Disney does stuff for kids birthdays like ice cream and meeting mickey. Does anyone know anything about this or know what i would need to do?

    Hi Sherly!

Thank you for sending in your question to the Walt Disney World Moms Panel!

Sometimes, a little extra magic will be extended to the person celebrating a birthday.  You should note on all of your Table Service Advance Dining Reservations (ADRs) that you will be celebrating a birthday; you should also let your server know.  I also suggest picking up a birthday celebration button at Guest Services at any theme park or at a Disney owned and operated hotel.  The birthday button should be worn throughout Walt Disney World during the entire visit -- not just on the actual birthday!

I hope this helps!  Please write back with more questions!
