Hey Sarah-
Welcome back, we love having you visit. Your son will have the best time being able to explore two Walt Disney World Resort hotels. There are plenty of eye catching themes and activities at every resort so keeping him entertained may be as easy as stepping outside your door. That’s part of the magic.
This is a question for the ages because many Guests bring children that cross the threshold from toddler to child at age three and from child to adult at age 10 (yep…10). I recently spoke with a Cast Member about this dilemma. Because your son will have his birthday during the trip he will be allowed to maintain his “under 3” status and visit the theme parks for free for his entire Walt Disney World Resort stay. Just make sure you buy his tickets before you arrive while he is still two years old.
Walt Disney World Resort offers some spectacular
celebrations for birthdays and other occasions. From a “Celebrate Today!” cake offered at most table service restaurants to a custom specialty cake pre-ordered from the Disney Bakery to birthday gifts and buttons, Walt Disney World Resort will meet your needs for your sons BIG day. Remember he only turns three once so make sure to capture every moment with the whole family.
Disney PhotoPass photographers are located throughout all four theme parks and the Disney Water Parks capturing those moments of a lifetime. My best pictures of our family are from these magnificently talented Cast Members.
I hope this helps you have a spectacular birthday celebration at Walt Disney World Resort.
Enjoy making many Magical Memories!
