My Son is turning 5yrs old and I would like to plan a trip with airfare, rental and hotel also park tickets for magic kingdom included for 2 adults and 1 child for July 30th to August 4th my son will still be 4yrs old when we would be traveling

Hiya, Michelle and let me offer you a hearty WELCOME to planDisney!

My fellow panelists and I love to help guests travel the road to a Magical vacation and I’m glad you’re hEAR. Michelle, this question is close to my heart as I will be celebrating my son’s 10th birthday at the Walt Disney World Resort this summer. Now, let’s start your vacation planning journey by saying the Magic words… “Meeska, Mooska, Mickey Mouse!”

Currently there is not an option that includes airfare and car rental, but let’s begin by talking about a vacation package that bundles a stay in a Disney Resorts Collection hotel and your theme park tickets. By clicking HERE and inputting your travel dates and number of guests, you can quickly see what resorts are available from July 30- August 4, 2021.

With choices for every taste and budget, I encourage you to browse through the Panel Extras section and read “Best Tips for Selecting a Resort” and “Top 10 Tips: How to Select the Best Resort for your Family.” Since you’re hoping to visit Magic Kingdom Park, you may want to consider a resort close to this park such as Disney’s Wilderness Lodge or Disney’s Contemporary Resort (two of my family’s favorites!). If your son loves larger than life characters, Disney’s Art of Animation Resort is a great choice. Maybe you’re hoping for something more budget friendly in which case, Disney’s All Star Movies Resort might be a perfect fit.

Michelle, once you’ve selected a resort, you’ll want to add on your park tickets. Please take a look at THIS ticket page to determine how many days you’d like to visit.

Vacation packages can be booked online through your My Disney Experience account. If you haven’t yet created an account, you can easily do so HERE. Michelle, as soon as you have a vacation package purchased and linked to your account, you’ll want to make complimentary Disney Park Pass reservations. As the Walt Disney World Resort continues to focused on enhanced health and safety measures, a complimentary theme park reservation in ADDITION to a valid ticket is required to gain entry. With limited park capacity, I recommend making these reservations as soon as possible (after you've purchased your vacation package).

Michelle, I hope this helps as you’re dreaming about your upcoming trip. Please come on back with any additional questions like how to make advanced dining reservations or recommendations for park touring. Before you know it, you’ll be singing “Mousker hey, Mousker hi, Mousker ho! Mousker ready, Mousker set, here we go!"
